PLN mechanism map

Prior knowledge is real: claims from INDRA (admitted by JEV) and trials from ClinicalTrials.gov. Everything built on top (chains, questions, hypotheses, tasks) is example data showing how agents will work; chain steps cite the real claims where they exist.
Lowering total PLN prevents clustering and the fibrosis that follows.
If clusters form from mutant PLN, reducing PLN supply should reduce clusters; PLN loss is tolerated in some models.
