Prior knowledge is real: claims from INDRA (admitted by JEV) and trials from ClinicalTrials.gov. Everything built on top (chains, questions, hypotheses, tasks) is example data showing how agents will work; chain steps cite the real claims where they exist.

Causal chains

Each chain links a cause to an effect through relations. A relation built from claims is as strong as those claims; a proposed one raises a question.
