Adult-onset foveomacular vitelliform dystrophy
rareAdult-onset foveomacular vitelliform dystrophy (AOFVD) is a genetic macular dystrophy characterized by blurred vision, metamorphopsia and mild visual impairment secondary to a slightly elevated, yellow, egg yolk-like lesion located in the foveal or parafoveal region.
