Short-rib thoracic dysplasia 22 without polydactyly

Any Jeune syndrome in which the cause of the disease is a mutation in the FGF4 gene, characterized by a small thorax with short ribs, resulting in pulmonary hypoplasia and respiratory insufficiency.
